Please ensure that all terms and conditions on Limitless event rentals website are read and understood before a deposit is paid, as payment will indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within Jefferson County, with a delivery fee for orders outside the county.
Deliveries start at 11 am
Pick-ups end at 11:00 pm unless after hour fee is scheduled
We strive to arrive on time within a 1 hour window for deliveries. If you require a specific delivery time outside of this window, additional fees must paid in advance. All deliveries are for first floor stops. Items that require elevators, deep slops, steps or stairways require an additional fee.

Payments
To secure your booking date the client agrees to place a 50% deposit. If your total order exceeds $300, a deposit of $100 is required (payment plan can be arranged upon request). The deposit shall be credited and deducted from the total amount. Balance is due 3 days prior to your scheduled event date. Failure to pay balance within 3 days of event date can result in service cancellation by Limitless event rentals. All rental items booked within 7 days of your event date balance is due in full. An additional fee will apply for bookings made within 48 hours of the event date. It is imperative that you keep your payment arrangement to avoid a breach in your service agreement. Contract and deposit must be submitted within 48 hours from when you receive it or contract will be voided. The Total amount includes applicable taxes.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing and dated by email (limitlesseventrentals@yahoo.com) or text (502)953-0714. No verbal cancellations will be accepted to minimize any misunderstanding.
Should the Client wish to cancel the agreement, The Client shall forfeit all deposits and balances placed on the rental products to Limitless event rentals. Any date change request must be made at least 14 days in advance of the Event. The possibility of a given date change is subject to availability and the receipt of a new agreement to replace the present Agreement. Deposit for the contract will be voided and a new deposit will be needed for a date change 14 days or fewer. Both Parties must consent to such date change.
If The Renter determines that the weather during the Event is inclement and poses safety concerns, they reserve the right to suspend operations to protect the equipment and ensure the safety of attendees (this includes declared states of emergency or rain exceeding 20% for outdoor events). In such cases, a service credit will be issued, valid for one year.
Loss or Damage
Limitless event rentals owns all products supplied.
Should any products become lost, stolen or damaged when in possession of The Client, The Client shall immediately notify Limitless event rentals. The Client agrees to pay for all products lost, destroyed, stolen, damaged or not returned to Limitless event rentals.
All costs paid to Limitless event rentals are based on the current market price. Should no equal product be found by Limitless event rentals, The Client shall reimburse The Renters in cash or bank transfer at the cost decided by The Renters.
Cleaning
We ask that The Client does not clean any of the products as any damage sustained to the products due to cleaning shall be deemed according to the above Loss or Damaged section. Should any facial or cosmetic disfigurement occur during the time in which the product is in possession of The Client, Limitless event rentals will judge and charge a damage fee to The Client.
Rights to Images
The Client consents Limitless event rentals may take images of their rental items being used for any event and may use images for the company's portfolio, website and advertising, with a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use these images.
By renting you acknowledge and agree that Limitless event rentals is not liable for any accidents or injuries, whether directly or indirectly related to the use of the rented items, and is released from any legal claims arising from such incidents.
